You will structure high-value acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals for clients across healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors. Your days involve negotiating joint venture agreements, navigating zoning entitlements, and managing due diligence for multi-site portfolio transfers. We need a practitioner who can lead deal teams and advise institutional investors on risk allocation without escalating routine matters.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of focused real estate transactional experience
- Proven track record closing complex commercial deals
- Experience representing clients in healthcare or life sciences industries
- Strong ability to originate and manage client relationships
- Active membership in good standing with a state bar
