New York-area firm advising owners and developers on construction and real estate disputes

Litigation Associate

New YorkHybrid$125K - $145KAssociateReal Estate
Clients here build and finance complex projects—hospitals, mixed-use towers, infrastructure—and they need litigators who understand the contracts, bonds, and schedules behind every delay and defect claim. You will handle breach of contract actions, mechanic's lien enforcement, and construction-defect litigation in New York state and federal courts, often in bet-the-project postures where the lien or bond claim threatens financing. Much of the work sits at the intersection of real property and commercial litigation, with exposure to both arbitrations and jury trials.
