Assist clients in emerging technology and life sciences industries with formation, financing, M&A, and corporate governance matters. Releasing, diligence and agreements that deal with investors, founders, and early employees that live across the country. Engage in the full lifecycle of venture capital deals, from seed to exit. Draft and negotiate venture financing, licensing, and other strategic transactions.
What this firm is looking for
- 7 to 15 years of Emerging Companies / Venture Capital experience
- Experience with startup formation, venture financings, and M&A
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and management skills
- Reasonable rates
- Experience with entrepreneurs and startup ecosystem
