This hybrid role in Texas opens as the firm expands its venture transaction bench to meet rising deal flow. You will draft and negotiate equity financings, convertible notes, and acquisition agreements for startups and growth-stage companies. The work involves direct client counseling on capital formation and navigating complex term sheets from seed through Series B rounds.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 to 8 years of relevant law firm experience
- Deep background in venture capital and emerging company matters
- Proven ability to manage M&A and private equity deals
- Active membership in the Texas State Bar
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial business acumen
