This emerging companies group advises founders and investors on the full lifecycle of venture deals, from seed rounds to exit strategies. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, equity incentive plans, and governance documents for high-growth technology clients. The role offers direct exposure to deal mechanics without the layers of a massive corporate structure.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 to 5 years of transactional experience
- Background in venture capital or private equity matters
- Strong drafting skills for equity and governance documents
- Active membership in the Texas Bar
