Entrepreneurs and investors in New York turn to our clients for nuanced legal advice on early-stage formation, financing, and mergers. They need counsel on seed rounds, Series A/B investments, and IPOs. Your work will include negotiating term sheets, drafting equity compensation packages, and handling the complex securities laws regulating the practice.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 6 years of corporate, emerging companies experience
- Substantial experience with venture capital transactions
- Securities law competence
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
- NY bar admission
