Handle tech company transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on tax compliance, and managing corporate governance. Work with venture-backed startups in various industries, focusing on startups with a strong tech and innovation focus. Regularly assist with venture financings and M&A deals, ensuring clients are compliant with federal and state administrative regulations.
What this firm is looking for
- Law degree and 4-20 years’ experience as a paralegal
- Strong background in corporate transactions, venture capital, and tax.
- Strong knowledge of startup and tech industry practices
- Ability to work remotely and be based in New York, San Francisco, or other designated locations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
