You will draft and structure SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and technology partnerships for founders navigating rapid scale. The work sits squarely at the intersection of software deals and artificial intelligence, demanding pragmatism over boilerplate.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 - 5 years of commercial technology transactions experience
- Deep familiarity with SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and IP licensing
- Comfort advising AI and software clients through hyper-growth stages
- Juris Doctor and active bar admission in a listed jurisdiction
