Deal flow in the venture capital and life sciences sectors has generated an immediate need for a corporate associate across multiple offices. You will structure and negotiate financings, guide emerging companies from formation through exit, and advise on the corporate mechanics that founders and investors actually care about.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 - 6 years of corporate law experience
- Substantial practice in emerging companies and venture capital
- Familiarity with life sciences deal structures
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
