Step into a docket spanning Series A through D financings, SAFE conversions, and founder equity restructuring for SaaS, fintech, and climate-tech clients. You will draft NVCA-form investment documents, manage cap-table diligence, and advise on tax-efficient structuring alongside in-house bookkeeping and HR teams. Matters run lean: direct client contact, tight timelines, no siloed departments between the term sheet and the 83(b) election.
What this firm is looking for
- 2–6 years of corporate or emerging company/venture capital experience at a law firm or equivalent in-house role
- Substantive background in preferred-stock financings, SAFEs, and founder equity arrangements
- Comfort advising on tax-adjacent structuring within transactional work
- Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; remote candidates welcome from any listed market
