The clients sit in fintech, healthtech, and developer tools; the posture is always urgency with precision.
What this firm is looking for
- 5–8 years of commercial and technology transactions experience
- Substantial emerging company or venture-backed client exposure
- fluency in software licensing, data privacy, and AI product risk
- Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and direct client counsel relationships
- Active bar membership in good standing
