Mid-Level M&A Associate
Attorneys with investment fund clients will thrive here. You'll represent deep tech startups who are regular players in venture capital, managing equity and debt funding, and often acting as the primary outside counsel with a broad range of matters. Get comfortable with complex deal structures in emerging industries like AI and biotech, and expect to be a key player in acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 6 years of experience in M&A, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting that regularly represented startups
- Demonstrable comfort with various transaction types and deal postures on both buy and sell sides for midstage and late-stage companies
- Solid funding rounds experience, including the multiple types of venture and private equity funding
- Candidates from firms known for their experience in venture capital and emerging companies are particularly encouraged to apply
