Senior Litigator, HOA Law
This seat opens as the group expands its representation of homeowners associations across Southern California. You will manage a docket of construction defect, covenant enforcement, and collection matters from intake through trial or arbitration. The role involves regular court appearances in state superior courts and advising boards on governance issues. Hybrid remote arrangements allow for flexibility while maintaining active involvement in local litigation.
What this firm is looking for
- 7 to 15 years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate or community association law
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Proven track record managing cases through discovery, motion practice, and trial
- Experience advising governing boards on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills demonstrated in recent court proceedings
