Step into a docket driven by covenant enforcement disputes, assessment collection litigation, and governance advisory for residential communities. You will draft CC&R amendments, represent boards in small claims and superior court actions, and navigate complex mediation sessions. The role balances transactional document review with active courtroom advocacy for a diverse portfolio of homeowners associations.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 7 years of legal experience
- Background in real estate or community association law
- Strong litigation and transactional drafting skills
- Ability to work remotely or from Los Angeles
