The role involves advising on complex transactions and corporate structure, ensuring compliance with local laws, and managing the legal services of a portfolio of HOAs in Los Angeles. Develop strategies to address issues arising from day-to-day legal and business operations.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Corporate Governance and Real Estate law
- Transactional experience in HOA law, including contract negotiations, and compliance issues
- Proven knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
- Strong legal research and writing skills. cannot solely rely on third-party research systems, must be comfortable with primary law.
