Join our growing team to manage corporate governance and homeowner association legal matters. The role involves advising on complex transactions and corporate structure, ensuring compliance with local laws, and managing the legal services of a portfolio of HOAs in Los Angeles. Develop strategies to address issues arising from day-to-day legal and business operations.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Corporate Governance and Real Estate law
- Transactional experience in HOA law, including contract negotiations, and compliance issues
- Proven knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
- Strong legal research and writing skills. cannot solely rely on third-party research systems, must be comfortable with primary law.
