Boutique firm with corporate, real estate, entertainment, and litigation practices on both coasts
Mid-Level Real Estate Associate
This role suits a lawyer who reads lease provisions the way others read short stories — attentive to structure, tone, and what the parties actually need. You will handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for healthcare systems, consumer brands, and financial sponsors, often with complex leasing components or joint-venture structures. Much of the work runs through Los Angeles or New York offices on a hybrid schedule, with matters that demand both deal-craft and an eye for litigation risk.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 to 7 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience
- Substantial exposure to commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, or real estate finance
- Experience advising clients in healthcare, consumer, or finance sectors preferred
- Bar admission in California or New York
- Comfort managing deal work with limited oversight in a leanly staffed setting
