The incoming associate steps into a docket heavy with commercial landlord-tenant disputes, Yellowstone injunctions, partition actions, and contract fights over purchase-and-sale agreements. Clients include developers, institutional landlords, family-owned property companies, and commercial tenants across retail, office, and multifamily. Matters move through Supreme Court, Civil Court, and appellate courts, with regular motion practice and occasional trials. You will handle cases from answer through resolution, take and defend depositions, and argue motions independently.
