New York-based boutique advising investors and developers on affordable housing transactions
Partner/Of Counsel - LIHTC
You would step into an active book of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit deals—syndications, partnerships, and regulatory compliance across multifamily and mixed-use developments. The work spans structuring equity investments, negotiating operating agreements, and guiding clients through HUD and state agency requirements. Most matters involve transaction documents rather than litigation, with clients ranging from nonprofit developers to institutional tax credit investors.
