What this firm is looking for
- 8–15 years of experience in private practice
- Established portable book of business with demonstrable originations
- Active practice in real estate, healthcare, or complementary transactional or regulatory work
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey or New York
- Comfort building client relationships across a hybrid work environment
