This role is ideal for a commercial real estate attorney skilled in lease negotiations, development deals, and client representation. The position will cover a spectrum of matters, including ground leases, retail, and office space deals, representing clients in various industries. Attorneys will navigate different stages of real estate transactions, from due diligence to closing.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 15 years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Proficient in New Jersey real estate law and court procedures
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience with hybrid work arrangements
