Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate

This position will handle a steady docket of 60-70 deals in a mix of acquisition, disposition, and finance matters. You'll represent clients in a variety of industries, including retail and hospitality. Current portfolio includes lease negotiations, due diligence, and title review. You will also assist with litigation and dispute resolution in court or in transactional work.
What this firm is looking for
- 6 - 8 years of experience in commercial real estate
- A J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Strong deal management and negotiation skills
- Experience with real estate finance and transactional work
