A management-side labor and employment firm with a deep national footprint and a concentrated workplace safety practice
Labor & Employment Partner (Environmental/OSHA) – Hybrid/Remote
Represent clients in catastrophic workplace incidents, chemical exposures, and multi-employer worksite enforcement actions. You will steer internal investigations, negotiate with Cal/OSHA, Fed-OSHA, and state-plan regulators, and defend against willful, repeat, and serious citations—often for healthcare systems, manufacturers, and logistics operators. The mandate also includes advising boards on safety compliance during M&A diligence and post-transaction integration, as well as drafting and challenging workplace violence prevention plans and heat-illness protocols.
