This is an active partner desk with a steady flow of wage-and-hour class actions, DOL audits, and union avoidance work for hospital systems and physician groups. You would immediately take point on arbitrations and federal court litigation across Florida, with a portfolio that also includes executive employment agreements and restrictive-covenant disputes. The practice runs hybrid: three days in the Fort Lauderdale office, two remote, with a genuine expectation of business development in the healthcare corridor from Miami to Tampa.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of labor and employment practice
- Substantial first-chair experience in employment litigation and counseling
- Portable client relationships or demonstrated business development ability in healthcare
- Active Florida bar membership or willingness to obtain it promptly
