This role suits an associate who thrives on direct client contact and managing complex transactions from start to finish. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, lease structures, and financing documents for clients in the real estate and entertainment sectors. The work involves substantive deal execution rather than narrow due diligence review, requiring sharp judgment on commercial terms.
What this firm is looking for
- 6 to 8 years of law firm experience
- Strong background in corporate law and real estate transactions
- Proven ability to manage deals and client relationships independently
- Admission to practice in California or willingness to obtain it
