This office covers Houston and its surrounding legal market. The current opening is due to a planned expansion of the rapidly growing partner team. The Partner will lead litigation on complex employment disputes. This position will focus on counseling healthcare clients on labor and employment law compliance, representing clients in federal and state courts, and handling arbitrations and administrative proceedings. Texas-based with hybrid work arrangement.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of labor and employment experience
- Demonstrated litigation experience and courtroom presence
- Proven expertise in handling employment-related matters for healthcare organizations
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- TX bar admission
