Plaintiff-side personal injury firm with active Minnesota litigation practice
Managing Attorney
The right lawyer here has already run a docket of motor-vehicle and premises-liability cases from intake through trial or settlement, and knows how to keep ten moving at once. You will supervise associate counsel, shape litigation strategy, and appear in Minnesota state and federal court on behalf of injured clients. The work is high-volume and client-facing, requiring both courtroom presence and the patience to explain process to people in pain.

- Active Minnesota bar admission in good standing
- Trial experience, including depositions, hearings, and dispositive motions
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior attorneys or staff
