You will draft and negotiate entity agreements, navigate land use entitlements, and structure capital stacks for mixed-use projects. The role demands a lawyer who can move deals forward while managing long-term client relationships in a hybrid setting.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 to 6 years of transactional experience
- Background in real estate joint ventures or entity formation
- Strong drafting skills for operating and partnership agreements
- Florida bar admission or eligibility
- Ability to manage deals from conception through closing
