Step directly into a robust pipeline of commercial acquisitions, leasing transactions, and development projects across the state. You will draft and negotiate complex purchase agreements and financing documents for clients in hospitality, retail, and mixed-use sectors. This role demands an attorney ready to manage deals from LOI through closing with minimal oversight while cultivating long-term client connections.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 6 years of substantive real estate transactional experience
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- Proven track record handling commercial leasing and acquisition matters
- Strong drafting skills for finance and development documentation
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
