Represent institutional and private clients in high-stakes litigation and creditors' rights controversies. Entrepreneurial real estate investors and lenders rely on your skill to navigate complex financing, transactions, and court proceedings. From foreclosures to loan workouts to defensive litigation, you'll take the lead on matters to help clients' businesses thrive. Your work will span landlord-tenant disputes, title claims, and finance-driven litigation.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years' litigation experience with proven success in real estate disputes
- Strong corporate and transactional background in lending and property financing
- Possess J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and in good standing with the New York Bar
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement in New York
