The real estate practice is expanding its transactional bench as institutional investors rebuild appetite for office repositioning, life-science conversions, and crypto-adjacent asset structures. Partners here run full deal cycles—negotiating JV operating agreements, structuring preferred equity stacks, and advising REITs and private fund sponsors on cross-border acquisitions. The work sits at the intersection of traditional real estate finance, emerging digital asset frameworks, and regulatory capital requirements.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of corporate transactions experience, with substantial real estate or financial services exposure
- Track record originating and managing complex deals from term sheet through closing
- Comfort advising clients in crypto-related asset structures or digitally native finance platforms
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Portable book or demonstrated ability to develop client relationships in a distributed, remote-capable environment
