This role handles complex commercial matters from pleadings through trial, advising businesses through high-stakes conflict. You will drive the docket for enterprises confronting urgent regulatory and transactional litigation.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Portable business serving finance, real estate, or healthcare clients
- Deep facility with complex motions and trial posture
- Bar admission in Massachusetts
- Capacity to build and lead engagements in a hybrid arrangement
