Developers and institutional investors in healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors need counsel who can navigate complex ground-up projects and acquisitions. This role involves structuring joint ventures, negotiating construction contracts, and managing zoning entitlements for high-value dirt deals. You will lead transactions from initial letter of intent through closing, addressing financing contingencies and risk allocation strategies.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of experience in real estate development and acquisition
- Proven track record representing developers or institutional capital sources
- Deep expertise in joint venture structures and construction law
- Licensed to practice in Texas or willing to obtain admission
- Experience across healthcare, manufacturing, or consumer industry sectors
