A large Southeastern firm with a nationally scaled financial services and corporate practice
Financial Services Associate
This group needs an associate who can untangle complex commercial lending structures and navigate the middle-market debt space without hesitation. You will negotiate, document, and close bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based loans for non-bank lenders, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers. The work sits at the intersection of aggressive deal execution and careful borrower-side advocacy, demanding crisp drafting and a clear-eyed view of intercreditor dynamics.

- Comfort communicating directly with C-suite clients, sponsors, and opposing counsel
