Mid-Level Fund Finance Associate

Newly minted mid-level associate to step into a docket heavy with fund finance matters, including structuring, financing, and restructuring assets. Support a roster of financial clients, including hedge funds and credit funds, in their dealings with lenders and borrowers. Work closely with senior associates and partners, drafting and negotiating finance agreements, and handling regulatory compliance. Clients often include financial institution borrowers, investment funds, and fund managers.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the legal field
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong familiarity with fund financing and restructuring
- Proven track record in finance agreements
