The litigation group is growing its San Diego bench to handle complex disputes for public-sector and business clients across the state. Work will include bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and dispositive motion practice in California state and federal courts. Clients span municipal agencies, special districts, and privately held companies in matters ranging from contract breaches to regulatory challenges.
What this firm is looking for
- 2–3 years of litigation experience at a law firm or government office
- First-chair or substantive second-chair deposition and hearing experience
- Strong research and brief-writing record in state or federal court
- Active California bar membership in good standing
