You will draft dispositive motions, manage discovery in federal and state courts, and counsel corporate clients across manufacturing, healthcare, and professional services industries. The docket leans heavily into active litigation, demanding sharp brief-writing and direct client interaction.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 5 years of employment law experience
- Strong brief-writing and motion practice skills
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules
- On-site presence required
- Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
