Complex Commercial Litigator
Clients operating at the intersection of fintech and crypto face novel legal disputes that conventional litigation strategies cannot resolve. They need advocates who can untangle complex regulatory frameworks and technical architectures while advancing their position in court. In this role, you will draft dispositive briefs, take depositions, and argue motions in high-exposure commercial lawsuits driven by emerging technology disputes.
What this firm is looking for
- 1 – 4 years of civil litigation experience
- Exposure to or interest in fintech and crypto matters
- Strong brief-writing and analytical skills
- Comfort with complex, technically dense subject matter
