The real estate litigation group is expanding its bench as commercial landlord-tenant and title defect caseload grows alongside healthcare regulatory enforcement work. You will take depositions in property boundary and lease default actions, draft dispositive motions in county and federal court, and assume first-chair trial exposure within two years. Matters span skilled nursing facility operational disputes and multi-parcel acquisition litigation.
What this firm is looking for
- 1–8 years of civil litigation experience, including written discovery and deposition work
- Active experience in real estate, healthcare, or general commercial disputes
- First or second-chair trial preparation; courtroom presence preferred
- Admission to practice; portable book of business welcome but not required
- Ability to work on-site with colleagues and partners in active file strategy
