Manufacturers and suppliers facing warranty disputes need a litigator who can step in and drive outcomes. You will handle matters from pre-suit demands through trial, drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery in state and federal courts. The docket leans heavily into product warranty claims and related commercial conflicts. Based in Los Angeles, this role allows you to work remotely.
What this firm is looking for
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Active California law license
- Substantial experience handling warranty disputes
- Strong written advocacy and motion practice skills
- Ability to manage a docket independently in a remote setting
