Of Counsel (Partner Track)
Handle complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations for developers and investors. Advise on land use entitlements and financing structures across the Pacific Northwest. This is a partner-track role for a senior attorney ready to manage significant deal flow and cultivate client relationships within a collaborative group.
What this firm is looking for
- 8 – 25 years of real estate transactional experience
- Depth in commercial leasing, acquisitions, and development
- Ability to manage deals from LOI through closing
- Strong client development aptitude for a partner-track trajectory
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Washington
