Developers and syndicators navigating low-income housing tax credit structures need counsel who can draft and negotiate the deals that get housing built. This role centers on LIHTC transactions from term sheet to closing—structuring joint ventures, partnership agreements, and operating agreements for multifamily projects. You will advise sponsors and investors through complex real estate finance matters daily.
What this firm is looking for
- 7 - 10 years of transactional real estate experience
- Substantial background with LIHTC structures and affordable housing deals
- Skill in drafting and negotiating partnership and operating agreements
- Admission to the New York bar
- Capacity to function effectively in a hybrid work arrangement
