This role centers on LIHTC transactions from term sheet to closing—structuring joint ventures, partnership agreements, and operating agreements for multifamily projects. You will advise sponsors and investors through complex real estate finance matters daily.

- 7 - 10 years of transactional real estate experience
- Substantial background with LIHTC structures and affordable housing deals
- Skill in drafting and negotiating partnership and operating agreements
- Admission to the New York bar
