Associate Attorney
This group handles coverage disputes, construction defect claims, and first-party property matters from pleadings through trial. You will take depositions, argue dispositive motions, and second-chair jury trials in Missouri state and federal courts. The caseload rewards attorneys who know how to build a record and explain technical facts to jurors.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 7 years of litigation experience, ideally with insurance or construction exposure
- Active Missouri bar license
- Trial preparation experience including depositions, discovery, and motions practice
- Comfort with cases requiring technical or engineering subject-matter fluency
