The eminent domain practice is expanding its footprint across the state as public infrastructure projects accelerate. You will represent public agencies and private landowners in condemnation actions, from pre-litigation negotiations through trial and appellate argument in California courts. Matters span transportation corridors, utility easements, and redevelopment initiatives requiring valuation expertise and courtroom presence.
What this firm is looking for
- 7–12 years of eminent domain and condemnation experience, including trial work
- Track record handling matters before California Superior Courts and appellate panels
- Experience advising public agencies, developers, or landowners on real property acquisition
- Comfortable in a hybrid arrangement with presence in Los Angeles or San Francisco
