Employers facing workplace disputes need attorneys who can defuse regulatory investigations and fight discrimination claims in state and federal courts. This role handles the full arc of employment litigation, from drafting dispositive motions to defending depositions, alongside day-to-day counseling on personnel policies. You will advise clients across diverse sectors, translating complex statutory obligations into actionable guidance.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 8 years of labor and employment law experience
- Demonstrated ability in employment litigation and motion practice
- Experience advising on workplace compliance and personnel matters
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
