Litigation Paralegal
You will manage case files for shareholder oppression suits, partnership breakups, real estate joint-venture fights, and breach-of-fiduciary-duty claims heading toward trial or arbitration. The work spans deposition prep, exhibit management, privilege-log drafting, and direct coordination with forensic accountants and valuation experts. Clients are typically founders, investors, and operating partners in privately held companies across manufacturing, hospitality, and professional services.
What this firm is looking for
- 4–10 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience in a law-firm setting
- Fluency with e-discovery platforms, trial-presentation software, and state/federal court filing procedures
- Demonstrated ability to organize voluminous financial records and expert reports independently
- Strong cite-checking and Bluebooking skills, with polished written communication
- Comfort working a hybrid schedule and managing deadlines across multiple active matters
