This group handles coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and complex liability matters for carriers and their insureds. Work mixes California state court motion practice with federal court bench and jury trials. The practice is sharpening its focus on large-loss property and casualty litigation as climate and construction risks reshape the insurance market.
What this firm is looking for
- 1–10 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to insurance coverage or liability defense
- Active California bar membership
- Deposition, motion, and discovery experience preferred
- Comfort managing a docket of active cases with direct client contact
- Trial preparation or first-chair/second-chair courtroom experience a plus
