You will draft and negotiate operating agreements, purchase contracts, and financing documents for clients in development and investment sectors. The position offers direct client interaction and the autonomy to lead deal posture without excessive administrative layers.
What this firm is looking for
- 7 to 12 years of experience in real estate transactions
- Deep expertise in joint venture formation and entity structuring
- Proven track record managing commercial real estate closings
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
