The work spans motion practice, discovery management, expert depositions, and trial preparation—often with remote flexibility from Los Angeles. Clients include public entities and commercial operators navigating regulatory exposure and high-stakes liability.
What this firm is looking for
- 3-5 years of litigation experience with substantive insurance or financial services exposure
- Active California bar membership in good standing
- Demonstrated draftsmanship in dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and deposition outlines
- Experience managing cases independently while collaborating with senior partners
- Comfort with remote work arrangement and periodic court appearances in California
