You'd step into an active docket defending insurers, financial institutions, and service providers in coverage disputes, bad-faith claims, and complex financial litigation across California state and federal courts. The work spans motion practice, discovery management, expert depositions, and trial preparation—often with remote flexibility from Los Angeles. Clients include public entities and commercial operators navigating regulatory exposure and high-stakes liability.
What this firm is looking for
- 3-5 years of litigation experience with substantive insurance or financial services exposure
- Active California bar membership in good standing
- Demonstrated draftsmanship in dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and deposition outlines
- Experience managing cases independently while collaborating with senior partners
- Comfort with remote work arrangement and periodic court appearances in California
