This group is expanding its trial-level and appellate work for energy, construction, and technology clients. You will take depositions, draft dispositive motions, and manage cases from filing through verdict or settlement in Texas state and federal courts. The caseload demands someone already comfortable in the well, not watching from the gallery.
What this firm is looking for
- 5–10 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Active practice in Texas state and federal courts
- First- and second-chair deposition and hearing experience
- Strong research and brief-writing skills with published work samples
