Senior Associate Attorney - Birth Injury

Inherit a docket of 20+ active birth injury cases, largely representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice litigation. Work in a hybrid model, collaborating with trial teams on complex negligence and liability claims. Expect to handle cases at various stages, from initial filings through expert witness coordination, motions, and settlement negotiations. Conduct depositions, draft briefs, and prepare for trials, with a focus on cases in the education and healthcare sectors.
What this firm is looking for
- JD degree and 7 - 9 years' litigation experience, including medical malpractice
- Strong trial advocacy and medical record analysis skills.
- Experience with birth injury cases or similar complex personal injury matters.
- Strong academics, bar admission, and a clear record.
